I just realized this was the first day I wore this shirt in the challenge. And theres only eight days to go! It's actually going by fast!

 I really enjoyed my outfit today. I wore my favorite shirt, favorite jeans, favorite necklace and so on. The only thing that wasn't my favorite was my hair. Oh well. You've got to have bad hair days sometimes.

I am terribly sorry for not posting for the past... two days. I don't know what happens to the time on the weekends.

Did any one brave the stores on Black Friday? I got some nice wrapping paper from Hallmark and three wonderful candle holders from The Dollar Store! I got great deals on them too! :)

A White Thanksgiving

I think this was the first year I remember that we got snow on Thanksgiving. I had  a wonderful day full of family and food. Now, I'm stuffed full to the brim of turkey, mashed potatoes, and pie. YUMMY. 

I am especially thankful for my wonderful followers and their support!

The past two days were very casual days. With yesterday being a snow day and only being in school for about three hours today, I wanted to be comfy. Who can go wrong with flannels and cozy sweaters.

Snow! Snow! Snow! SNOW! If you couldn't tell, it snowed today. I spent the day after school at my friend Kristina's house with her and my other friend Paige. We had hot cocoa while cozied up on Kristina's couch watching a movie. After, of course, playing in the snow as much as we could before we froze. It was the perfect way to spend the first snow day of the winter season. I only have one picture for today, however Kristina has some great pictures documenting our day.  



Inspiration

Earlier today I posted yesterday's outfit. This is today's outfit. 

Lately I've been running out of ideas for poses. I've been looking through magazines, getting inspiration for poses and outfits. There are so many ideas in magazines it's hard to get through one without finding something to flip back too.

Feels Like Winter



This is the perfect fall shot in my opinion. With the beautiful tree in the backround and the pile of leaves in the corner it just screams fall. However, the weather is just like winter. It's absolutly freezing outside! There's even been talk of snow in a few days!

I was actually wearing this necklace today but forgot to put it back on for the pictures.

Zzzzzzzz...

I almost have zero energy. I have barely enough to make it through this post, go upstairs to brush my teeth, and crawl in bed. Bed! Yes! Oh, I'm so happy! After a long exhausting volleyball game and an hour long jazz bad concert after a full day of school, I'm wiped out. I can't wait to crash tomorrow after school for the weekend! Just a half-day Elyse, you can make it through!

So many things have been going on this week! Volleyball, piano, youth group, it goes on and on. I didn't get to post yesterday because of a volleyball game that went on forever. 

The challenge so far has been pretty interesting. I feel like I've been repeating all of my outfits even though I haven't. I hope I get more creative throughout the challenge. Twenty days left. It feels good to know that there are ten days down but twenty still seems like a big number.

DIY



I just recently made these earings and I love them! The top part was already an earing from Michaels with a little loop at the bottom to add things on to. I found some pretty beads, threaded a little wire through a couple, and put the two parts together. I'm so happy with how they came out and they only cost me about five dollars!

Rainy Washington



The weather was very wet and dreary today, but what do you expect from rainy Washington? There was a weird haze over by the foothills. I felt like I needed to wear something bright and cheerful to drive away the rain! I think I achieved that. Well, the top half of my outfit at least.

It's the weekend! I always look forward to the weekend, but when it finally comes, I'm always thinking about how fast it's going to go by. How many days until next weekend again?

It's Nippy Outside



Remember when I said that it was sweater season? Nevermind that now! In two days, it has turned from sweater season to coat season. It is cold outside. Like my friend says, "It's way past nippy out here, it's freezing!"

A Change of Season

It's cold and rainy outside, and I am definitely not a fan. TOMS probably aren't the best shoes for rainy weather, but thankfully it wasn't raining while I was running around Seattle!
