March Showers

These outfit photos are the outcome of a photoshoot that could quite possibly be the quickest photoshoot ever. Chelsea and I hopped out of the car just as the rain drops got larger and started falling faster. We raaaaaan across the street, I launched into a double time of my go to poses, and we were back in the car in no more than two minutes. I can only imagine how amusing we must have looked. Some may say it was rushed, I say it was just plain impressive.

Happy last day of March! Oh how time flies...

Frankie

My jaw basically hit the ground when I saw these magazine covers. I was browsing around the internet when I stumbled upon Frankie. Instant inspiration. The outfits, the make-up, the hair, the photography... everything's amazing. Unfortunately, the magazine itself is a little out of my price range since it is based in Austrailia. I will have to be content with snippets of pictures from each issue until I travel to Austrailia and somehow get every issue ever made. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!

Alaska

 I've been loving the simple look of jeans and an impacting graphic tee-shirt. However, I didn't have any graphic tees. That was quickly fixed as I found this amazing one from Forever 21. I'm calling it my Alaska shirt because one of my best friends is from Alaska and loves, with a passion, tribal print. And of course the obvious; bears live in Alaska, hence the sillouette of a bear. I didn't even realize the tribal print on the back until I pulled it out of the package. A pleasant surprise!

Lace Roses

My spring uniform: crop top, cuffed pants, and oxfords. Crop tops have been my my favorite spring and summer top for ever since last year. I just ordered a few from Forever21 and am sooooo excited to get them! Once they are here, this girl will be ready for spring!

Suprise!

In honor of the two inches of snow we got this morning I thought I'd share some pictures from earier this winter. I don't know why the suprise snow flurries keep catching me off gaurd. They've been becoming fairly regular!

I mentioned Nectar Clothing in one post not too long ago and I can't sing their praises enough. I get so inspired browsing through their new clothes. Nectar Clothing has all the colors of spring right now and here are some of my favorite picks.

Blue, Blue, Blue

If you can't tell, I've been really liking blue. I siffted through my drawers this morning only to find that all the pieces I pulled out were blue. Oh well, the outfit worked itself out. I tied the scarf to my bag to add a fun last touch to the ensemble. 

This cardigan from American Eagle is a new favorite of mine. The sheer and embroidered back makes it a great statement piece.
