I found this cardigan on sale and knew I had to have it! I love the color and how it's a lightweight material, making it perfect for spring/summer. Another favorite part of this outfit is the belt. I love finding new ways to tie it and this has been one of my favorite ways so far.

New Places

I love finding fun new places to take outfit pictures. My aunt, sister and I went shopping at this unique antique store this afternoon. The building, an old barn, was the perfect backdrop for the pictures.

Kendi from Kendi Everyday has started another 30 for 30 challenge and I've decided to join once again. I'm really excited for this time around because there are a lot of great pieces that I've added to my wardrobe. I've been going for floral, flowy pieces this spring and summer that liven up any pair of jeans (since Washington hasn't completely warmed up for the summer yet). I'll post my 30 pieces soon, but until then here's my first outfit!

Here they are! The last two outfits of the 30 for 30 Remix. 

There were days of course where I couldn't think of an outfit to wear for the life of me. Those days came and went. But, every now and then I would be inspired and come up with three great outfits in one day.  

Why I remix: It inspires me. It makes me want to create new outfits and inspires me to try new things. It challenges me to go "outside the box" and use the clothes I have to make new outfits instead of just adding to my wardrobe. That is why I remix.
