Real Simple

thrifted top and jeans, Cotton On purse, Target shoes, Urban Outfitters rings

I have now trained my nine-year-old brother for taking my outfit photos! He did an amazing job didn't he? I figured it'd be easiest to set my camera to continuous shooting (which he calls machine gun mode) so I'd have enough to choose from!

I've been keeping my outfits real simple lately with a few details here and there. I'm in love with the little gold details of this outfit with the dainty midi rings and the corners of my bag. Right now I'm feeling like simplicity is the best policy.

Seattle's Best

Seattle is the perfect city. A couple weeks ago I was staying at the Sheraton Hotel right by the Convention Center for the PNW Key Club Convention. Our room was on the twenty-second floor and I couldn't even handle the view! On our last morning the lighting was just too perfect not to do a shoot with this beautiful city in the background. My lovely friends Esther, Sarah, and Hailey (left to right in the third picture) were flawless models!

Going to bed and waking up to this view outside my window made me realize how much I want to live there! So I promise to myself that after college and living abroad I will come back to my city!

Perfection

H&M top and jeans, thrifted bag, Sonoma Lifestyle jacket, TOMS shoes

This jacket and bag is thee most dynamic duo for me right now. As you may have noticed I wore both in my last post. They're just so perfect for everything! The jacket works with just about any outfit your heart could possibly desire to wear and the bag fits my camera, wallet, and phone perfectly!

These photos were shot downtown Seattle near the Washington State Convention Center. I was recently there for the PNW Key Club Convention and it was amazing! Key Club is a high school community service club that I'm involved in and it was just incredible to be in Seattle with 2,000 other Key Clubbers and meet the wonderful people there! Also, I got to pretend I lived in Seattle all weekend so... it was perfect.

Adventure's Out There!

Sonoma Lifestyle jacket, thrifted skirt and bag, target tights, Madden Girl boots

My spring break has finally come to an end! I had my first day of spring quarter yesterday and though I'm excited for my classes this quarter, it's always so hard for me to give up the freedom of break!

If you follow me on Instagram you'll know I've been on a few wonderful day trips/ adventures over the past few weeks. Last week Brooke and I took a little adventure to Port Townsend. And yes, I'd much rather spend my day taking a ferry to a gorgeous little town in the San Juan Islands to have tea at Pippa's than "partying it up" (Ha!) or whatever people do!

Also, yes, Brooke and I are wearing the same jacket! One lady came up to ask us if we were twins making us realize that we're the same height, have the same hair color, and were wearing the same jacket, virtually making us look identical from the back...

Seattle Lover

Whenever I visit Seattle I never want to leave. There's so much to do and see and so much wonderful coffee! A few weeks ago my friends Abbi, Kristina, and I went downtown to get coffee and shop around downtown. Later we went to the cutest vintage shop called Atlas in Fremont. I found some great pieces that I can't wait to share on here so keep checking back this week for more posts!
